Title: Quetta Tomato Chutney

5lbTomatoes, peeled and diced
1 3/4cSugar
1cRaisins
1cCider vinegar
3tbGinger
2tbSalt
4lgCloves garlic, minced
1tbCrushed red chile
1/2tsGround dried habanero chile

Combine all ingredients in large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer uncovered, stirring often, until very thick, about 2 hours. Ladle into hot sterilized 1/2- or 1-pint jars and seal tightly. Process jars in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Recipe by: Lon Hall
